If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by sending an email notice to produzione@brador.it .

Please note that without prior notice of an exchange or return we may not be able to fulfill your request.

After the 28 days have elapsed, no exchange will be accepted and therefore no refund of the merchandise will be issued.

Important:

Return without size exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

On the other hand, size exchange is free of charge.

  • The customer must return all footwear and accessories together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in anyway.
  • The goods will be refunded as soon as they are returned to the company and after being checked.
  • The refund will be issued on the same method of payment made for the order.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

For size or pattern change:

  • Please contact our customer service department at produzione@brador.it .

In the email, it is essential to indicate order number, found in the previous order confirmation email you received; the size and model with which you would like to exchange.

If it is a simple size change of the same model:

  • Please email your address and the day you want to book a courier pickup, who will come already equipped with a return label. Your task will simply be to pack the shoe as you received it.
  • As a result, you will be shipped the pair you most want-we will pay the shipping costs

If it is a model change with a different price:

  • Please place a new order and inform us by email regarding the place and day of pickup. The courier will come already equipped with a return label. Your task will simply be to pack the footwear as you received it.
  • Once the goods are returned to the company a refund for the changed pair will be made.

BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or otherwise not in accordance with all conditions stipulated.
In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all matters not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall prevail.
